Awaba Mountainbike Park is an area of 250 Hecates that HMBA have secured an Operational Permit over through Forests NSW. The site currently contains the Monkey Downhill trail and the first stages of the 8km World Trail Designed Cross Country circuit. Long term it is planned to have an extensive network of single trail within the permit area.

This section of the site will contain info on the trails, build days pictures and anything else relevant to the Awaba Mountainbike Park.

Currently the park hosts the HMBA club DH rounds and in the near future will also host the club XC rounds. In the future a Dual Slalom Track and Dirt Jumps are planned to be incorporated into the park.

Forests NSW have supported the Awaba Mountainbike Park from the early stages and played a huge part in making the operational permit happen.

Ground Effect, an NZ based Mountianbike clothing company have recently come on board through their slush fund and chipped in a significant amount of support to fund the construction of the first two major XC bridges.
